    When choosing the correct options for the quiz, I click “Save Changes” and all the radio boxes are deleted apart from the last one for animation.

    I am trying to get rid of the Name, Business, email, phone number and comments box but does not work.

    Please do not ask for an address or link as the site is local.

    Any help appreciated

    Hi Chirs,

    Thanks for keeping patience. It seems like you are using the old version of the plugin. Please update it to the latest version and let me know whether this resolves the issue or not.
