    Hello,
we’re having trouble with the results of one of our surveys.
We are asking 96 questions here. Although all 96 questions are answered, your PlugIn only registers about 40% of them, in total 37 answers.
It is irrelevant whether the answers were right or wrong. The remaining 60% of the answers are simply not saved or evaluated. I have just tried it myself.

Can you explain what could go wrong?

    Hi Steffen,

Please check for the empty blank spaces at the end of the answers. It happens when there are blank spaces at the end of the answers.

    Regards,
    Kriti

Since the original issue was caused by trailing spaces and already resolved, I’d also recommend checking your survey after every major update of the plugin or WordPress. Small formatting changes during imports or edits can sometimes reintroduce the same kind of problem without being immediately obvious. If you’re working with very large surveys, it’s also worth running a complete test submission before publishing any changes. Catching an issue with a few test responses is much easier than discovering it after collecting data from real participants. A simple validation checklist before going live can save a lot of time and prevent unnecessary troubleshooting later.
