    QSM has been working fine for months but recently stopped working.
    Users check the boxes but nothing show up in totals or results page.

    P.S. I’ve tried to post my problem here multiple times and it keeps disappearing!

    Hi Jaden,

    Welcome To QSM Pro Support Forum. Hope you are doing well.

    I took the test on the URL you shared with me. Please check for any empty blank space at the end of the answers. To do this, place the cursor at the end of the answers and hit DELETE key to remove empty blank spaces at the end of the answers.

    Hi Kriti,

    I added those spaces because the formatting on the results email is so bad, the spaces make the results more decipherable.

    Are you saying those spaces at the end of each question are what is causing the problem?

    Yes, it was causing the problem. You can use HTML tags to format the email template.
