Hi, team…
I have the MailChimp integration, and it does not appear to be working. The quiz is here:
It appears to collect the email correctly, but the contact does not get added to our MailChimp list. The only indication I have of this is a test I did today with a fictitious email address (I can’t reuse an old legitimate one, because MailChimp won’t allow it to be re-added.) It does appear that another visitor WAS added to the list via the API just yesterday. I believe QSM is the only plugin we use that uses the API to add MC contacts, but I’m not 100% sure of that.
I did just make a change today. I wanted to make the email provision required, so I changed that. And, I changed it to ask for the email and fname at the beginning of the quiz instead of at the end.
Please let me know what other info I can provide.

I did get the results of your quiz emailed to me, as configured, and I got a bounce message from the mail server saying that the email address doesn’t exist. Maybe you can try it with a valid email, in case that’s the problem on the MailChimp side? Like, does MailChimp intentionally not add email addresses that bounce?

We just did a sample survey on your website with [email protected]. We also got an email regarding the results. Do let us know whether this email id got added in your Mailchimp account.

Please understand that this is a critical problem for us, as growing our list is our #1 focus right now, and our quiz is our primary vehicle for doing that. This problem is standing in the way of our #1 strategic initiative right now.
