RC WoodmassParticipantHello!
Thank-you for such a great plugin.
I have implemented the core plugin as well as the Mailchimp addon. The quiz seems to be working fine – we are able to submit the quiz and the results show on the back end. Working very smoothly.
However, it seems to not be connected to Mailchimp at all, since none of the email addresses we used to complete the quiz were sent to Mailchimp via the API. Could you please help?
Thank-you so much!

Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi there,
Welcome to QSM Pro Support Forum. Hope you are doing well.
I am forwarding your issue to the development team. As it is weekend over here, please expect a little delay from the development team.
Kind regards,

Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi,
There is a bug in the current version of QSM, which invalidates the user email address.
Which is why Mailchimp does not record the user contacts.
Please wait for QSM version 6.4.2 update which will fix this issue.
Thank you

RC WoodmassParticipantThank-you! But this did not solve the problem. The plugin is not sending an email after quiz submission, neither is it sending the user’s email address to Mailchimp via the API. can you help?

RC WoodmassParticipantHello! Yes – the plugin is updated to the current version, and the issue of email addresses not having the @ sign was indeed resolved. However, the API connection does not seem to be working.

Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi,
I suggest you to please recopy your API key from your MailChimp account.
Also, make sure that your mail list name does not have any symbols because some API does not work if there are symbols in the API call.
If your mail list name has any symbol or any punctuation mark, use a new mail list name to resolve the issue.

Abbas KhanParticipantA good profile picture creates a strong first impression. This is important for social media growth. Luffy PFP helps users stand out. It also shows love for anime culture. Many websites now upload Luffy PFP collections. These collections are optimized for SEO. Keywords like “anime PFP” and “One Piece DP” are trending. This increases search visibility. More traffic comes from these keywords. Luffy PFP is a top choice for anime fans. It is simple, powerful, and stylish.
