Hello
Quiz takers are not being added to the Mailchimp subscribers list, please help me to sort it out.
I already did re-copy and paste my API key from my mail chimp account.
Mailchimp API contains a dash “-” and I cant change that, even if I try to generate a new API they all come up with a dash
Changing a theme is not an option
PLease advise on my nest steps, thank you

If you are not experiencing a connection issue.

I request you to please share the admin credentials of your website and the MailChimp account so that our development team can look into the issue. Make sure to set the message as private before sharing the credentials.

If you’re not comfortable with sharing the credentials of your website then I request you to please share the MailChimp API key you are using and the screenshots of the configuration you have done (for the addon and for the quiz). So that we can test it on our end and give you the required solution.

I do appreciate your wiliness to help but my circumstances dont allow delays and I have no resources to assist you with any information you are requesting.
