    Hello, everyone!

    I have created a quiz but the web has collapsed due to the number of users. Can I fix it with the Addon Daily Limit? I only have 1 site so I can use the personal. Right? This is my situation right now: Views/Taken 1754/80. I am not so interested in restricting the number of users, but I prefer that they enter the web as many as possible, and set the limits myself.

    On the other hand, I summarize the project that I am carrying out while the quarantine lasts. I don’t know where you are reading me from, but in Spain we are forced to stay home because of the damn Coronavirus.

    I am using the free Quiz and Survey Master version. I don’t mind using the paid one, but I don’t want it for the whole year, only for the month that the quarantine will last.

    Also, I prefer to pay for the addon system that you use. That seems great.

    In my project, we will give gifts to those who participate in our survey and achieve the best scores.

    -To do this, users have to log in and enter email.

    -Accumulate points.

    -Use leaderboards to know who wins.

    -Daily limit (to be bought): three times a day.

    Another thing, I can’t upload questions with images. I have tried in every possible way, but I don’t succeed. Can you help me, please?

    Hi Martin,

    I am from India and the situation is in control. The government is taking measures to stop community spreading in India.

    Sorry to say this, but all our plans are charged yearly and not monthly. If you’re unable to upload images in the questions, then we need the admin credentials of your website to look at the issue.

    Make sure to set the message as private before sharing the credentials.

    Hi Martin,

    If you want to buy the addon just for 1 year, you can easily do that by not renewing for the service next year.

    I am looking into the technical issues you are facing right now. I will get back to you as soon as I find some resolution.

    Hi,

    I logged in to your website and I was unable to move questions from one place to another. As we are not experiencing this issue at our end so I request you to please check for plugin conflict or theme conflict. To do this, disable all of the plugins at once and enable them one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

    You can’t add a registration form using Qsm. Please contact your developer on how you add it on your website. Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.

    With the Personal Tour De Pizza plan, you can use the Addon Daily Limit to restrict the number of responses per day. This will help manage server load but will limit how many users can take the quiz each day. If your goal is to maximize the number of users, you might need to explore other solutions.
