    Hi,
    When I bought Pro Premium Plan a few years ago it was promised that lifetime updates will be available but now I see my access is denied. I see that you have changed your plans and now they are yearly but when I purchased it was lifetime and as was promised I should be able to download new updates.

    Hi,

    I have talked to the billing department, sorry but we don’t have a lifetime plan. Please renew your license from the admin account to continue using our services.
