    I installed leaderboard addon I cant see the name of users but I can see the point they get. How to make it. How can I see their names and point they get together. User names are shown as “none” .

    Hi Mehmat,

    Welcome to the QSM Pro Support!

    This might be happening because you are not collecting user information at the beginning or at the end of the test.

    To do this, Go To QSM Settings -> Contact tab -> Follow this tutorial to setup contact info fields: https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/creating-quizzes-and-surveys/adding-contact-form-fields/. You can create as many fields as you want to collect user’s data.

    Then you will have to enable ‘Would you like to ask for the contact information at the beginning or at the end of the quiz?’ in the ‘Option’ tab.

    Hope this will help you to resolve your query.
