    I installed leaderboard addon I cant see the name of users but I can see the point they get. How to make it. How can I see their names and point they get together. User names are shown as “none” .

    Hi Mehmat,

    Welcome to the QSM Pro Support!

    This might be happening because you are not collecting user information at the beginning or at the end of the test.

    To do this, Go To QSM Settings -> Contact tab -> Follow this tutorial to setup contact info fields: https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/creating-quizzes-and-surveys/adding-contact-form-fields/. You can create as many fields as you want to collect user’s data.

    Then you will have to enable ‘Would you like to ask for the contact information at the beginning or at the end of the quiz?’ in the ‘Option’ tab.

    Hope this will help you to resolve your query.

    If the leaderboard is showing user points but displaying usernames as “none,” it’s likely an issue with user data not being properly linked or fetched. Make sure the addon has access to user profile information and that users are logged in correctly click here.     For TotalPkr Games leaderboard issues, this often happens if the addon isn’t linked to the right user data stream. Try checking if your game’s API settings in TotalPkr Games view more are correctly configured to pull player names alongside scores. Some mobile versions default to partial data if permissions aren’t set right.
