    Vitaliy,

    That is because you aren’t asking for user information at the end or at the beginning of the quiz. To do this, Enable contact fields using the ‘Contact’ Tab of the QSM plugin. You can refer to this article for this: https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/creating-quizzes-and-surveys/adding-contact-form-fields/
    Now, Go To ‘Options’ Tab and Select ‘Would you like to ask for the contact information at the beginning or at the end of the quiz?’

    Kriti,

    I just noticed that after the last update, shortcodes inside the QSM do not work correctly. For example, earlier in the my test page there was a listening section and before each question it was given the opportunity to listen to a specific audio file before answering a question.

    Now the player of audio is not displayed, or does not work. Tell me, how can I solve this problem?

    The problem is specifically with QSM, because on other pages of the site audio files are played without problems.

    You can use the data provided previously for login.

    Also, tell me, when is it planned to introduce the functionality that we discussed earlier?

    Hi Vitaliy,

    We have recorded audio inclusion limitation as a bug and we will try to fix this soon.

    We have multiple feature requests recorded in our database and we are trying to fulfil each of them one by one. Please have a little patience with feature requests.

    We have recently removed a few bugs in the recent update of the plugin. We will try to remove this bug in the next version update.

    Dear Kriti,

    Thank you very much for fixing the problem with playing audio on the test pages.

    Also, as I read in the description of the last update, the logic was expanded for the page with the results. But, unfortunately, I could not detect these changes in the settings of my tests. Tell me, maybe I need to enable this function somewhere?

    In addition, I noticed a small bug. So, for example, in test’s settings a limit of 80 minutes for pass is set on. But, when you start the test, only 22 minutes are given

    Great concept! It reminds me of the rice purity test, where each level unlocks new insights. Implementing a sequential test flow with initial contact info collection sounds like a smart way to engage users while keeping things organized!
