    Hello.

    When exporting results and clicking the link, I’m getting PAGE NOT FOUND error…
    When right-clicking I can only save the HTML but no CSV…
    What’s going on? This is URGENT, please help asap.

    Hello Kriti.

    I work from the back-end, wp admin and when I’m clicking the generated link ‘Download your export file now’
    the thing happens.

    So the article is perfect clear for me, yet it doesn’t solve the problem because I’m unable to download the file…

    Everything you need to know is on the topic.
    Here’s what happens

    Setting up the export proporties -> clicking export button -> getting a download link -> clicking the download link -> 404 page not found (wen right-clicking it on link, it won’t let me save the document)

    Also, when exploring the database, there’s NO EXPORT file…..

    Hi Joanna,

    I checked the addon on my staging website and I am able to download the file by clicking the download link.

    Please make sure that you are using the 1.4.2 version of the Export Results addon.

    exports the answers too
