    Hello,
    I am trying to export/import from your flashcard plugin, but only see option for quiz/survey import/export. I bought the plugin, mainly for the reason of importing flashcards, to save time adding flashcards. How can I accomplish this?

    Hi there,

    Welcome to QSM Pro Support. Hope you are doing well.

    Sorry to say this, but ‘Export/Import Addon’ exports/imports only quiz/survey with ‘.JSON’ file extension. It does not exports/imports flashcards.

    Hi,

    Do you need a refund only for Export/Import addon or for Flashcard addon or both? I also need the purchase information as a private message as I am unable to find your purchase information.

    Hi,

    As you have purchased a premium bundle and you also want to use some of the plugins for your requirements. So, it is impossible for us to refund only a part of the payment.

    Hello,
    I think there is a misunderstanding. I cannot use any of the plugins. The plugin addons were dependent on the flashcard plugin. That’s why I only installed the flashcard and import addons first. I realized the flashcard features were limiting and does not integrate with the other addons like the quizzes does. I do not need quizzes or quiz features. I did not download any other premium addons .

    I will not be able to use any of the plugin addons in the premium bundle, so please revoke all refund for the premium bundle.

    Hi,

    I talked to the development team and they said that we are ready to modify the export-import plugin to export the flashcards as well.

    If we do that, can you wait so that we implement this functionality soon or you still want the refund? Please make sure if only export functionality is needed or import a well.
