    Hello,
    i have bought this add-on : https://quizandsurveymaster.com/downloads/results-analysis/
    but i don’t get extra contact fields in the file.

    I need all contact fields to be exported.
    Check out attached file for some custom field i need to export in the csv file.

    Hi Riobato,

    The plugin you have referred above in the URL is reporting and analysis plugin. It doesn’t export the results, rather it display results in pictorial format.

    Hello, yes the plugin comes with an export fonction. See attached image and a part of your plugin description : Lastly, this addon also allows you to export the data to a CSV file which can be imported into a variety of spreadsheet software including Excel and Google Sheets. The export can be used with the filtering to only export data from within a certain date range or by a certain user, a certain name, or a business.

    BTW, the question is not about export function but about to export all contact fields including the added custom fields.

    Do we have to buy another addon to export all contact fields, or don’t you have such functionality ?

    Hi Riobato,

    Sorry but right now the export functionality does exports all the settings including the contact fields, settings, email setup and results page setup but it doesn’t export results data or contact data along with the quiz.

    But, if you want to get it done as custom requirement on urgent basis, please contact our development team at https://justhyre.com/get-a-quote/

    Otherwise, I can forward it as the feature request to our development team and they will try to implement it in the future releases.

    It looks like the add-on is currently exporting only the default result fields, not the full set of custom contact fields. In many quiz/survey export tools, extra metadata (like custom fields) needs to be explicitly enabled in the export settings or added via a filter/hook if the plugin supports it.

    You may want to check whether there is an option like “include custom fields” or if the fields need to be mapped manually before CSV generation. If not, it could be a limitation of the current export module and might require a small customization.

    I’ve also seen similar export issues discussed on https://dubaiweb.ae/ where users had to extend CSV output using custom hooks to include additional user-defined fields.
