    I just installed the plugin but when I try to create a new quiz, this comes up everytime.
    In advance I have to say that I am sorry for not being able to fix it myself as I am not too familiar with coding.

    Hello there,

    Please update your QSM plugin to the latest (version 6.3.4) if you’re still running the older one. And also ensure your site’s server meets these minimum requirements: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/.
