    Hi, just tried to install QSM and receive message
    Error! There has been an error in this action. Please share this with the developer. Error Code: 0001
    Upon checking, the database table wp_mlw_quizzes is not being created.
    Deleted QSM ,deactivated all plugins, changed to default 2020 theme, cleaned database, reinstalled QSM – same error.
    I really would like this plugin, together with some add-ons, but not a good start!
    I see a few other people have had this same issue. can you please advise asap. can you send me the missing database table to install manually??

    I need to talk to the development team regarding this issue. So, it would be more helpful if you can provide us the admin login credentials of your website. Make sure to set the message as private before sharing the credentials.

    fixed this by installing qsm on another site on a different server. Then copied database tables over. there seems to be a conflict with Amazon Lightsail/bitnami config

    Hello Mandy Moore. I have the same problem. I use EC2 Bitnami Amazon. Can you explain me please more details? where you found the database (new or old instance) and where you pasted. Thank

    Hi Mandy and Francisco,

    Please try and use the beta version of the QSM 7.0 https://quizandsurveymaster.com/quiz_master_next.zip. We have fixed this error in the beta version and we will officially release the version soon.

    Please let us know if you face any problem.
