    Hello Kriti,

    It took a while to get back to you, because I’m not very technical. I received some support from WPEngine, to enable debugging. They told me debugging was enabled and I asked them to look into it to see whether they could find the issue. They told me it would take some hours for the debug.log file to populate.
    When I got back to them after some hours I was told that the debug.log file did not populate. They said it wouldn’t populate due to the type or error I’m encountering.
    I explained that the error comes in even if the other plugins are all deactivated. They said I should check with you for alternative methods, because the debug.log file is not going to populate.

    Do you have other suggestions for me to help me find the cause of the error?

    Did the development team look into it? Or when can I expect a reply? I really need to get this issue solved as quickly as possible.

    We solved the issue. Now, there is no error 502 coming on webpages with QSM shortcode. Please see the following link.

    Do you have any information for me about what caused the issue?
    Can I safely install the add-on ‘User Dashboard’? As I thought the problem started somewhere around the time I installed this.

    And I noticed that one page with QSM shortcode didn’t work fine. I discovered that this was a quiz with a ‘multiple response’ question. All my quizzes with Multiple Choice questions are working fine, but if I choose a different question type it won’t work.
    I am going to change my question into a multiple choice question now to make it work fine, but I just wanted to point it out to you.

    Hi,

    Please do install ‘User dashboard’ addon on your website. Because there is no issue installing it on the website. And I checked Multiple response questions on my localhost and they were working fine as per requirement.

    Ich hatte letztens komische Tage und wollte bisschen Ablenkung, darum hab ich nach einer Seite gesucht, wo man schnell etwas Entspanntes findet. Dann bin ich auf ivy bet gekommen und fand alles ziemlich übersichtlich. Die Plattform hat viele Angebote für Schweiz, fair erklärt und ohne komplizierte Regeln, besonders die Bonusinfos sind klar strukturiert und angenehm dargestellt. Am Ende mochte ich es, weil alles ruhig läuft und nicht überladen wirkt.
