    Hi I just installed the plugin in a new development wordpress site on my local machine (so latest versions of everything and a clean database). When I try to create a survey I get the following error.

    “Error! There has been an error in this action. Please share this with the developer. Error Code: 0001”

    Could you advise

    Lokking a the logs:
    Log created at 2020-01-27 17:24:39: Error 0001 – Table ‘lms.wp_lmsmlw_quizzes’ doesn’t exist from SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM wp_LMSmlw_quizzes

    Suggests a DB connection issue, but the wbesite is functioning correctly with regard to database entries ie posts and pages are being created properly.

    Hi Tim,

    Your observation is correct. There is some issue with your local database. I would request you to try reinstalling/reactivating the plugin. Also please make sure your database has been properly configured with your WordPress installation and has the required permissions to create new tables via your WordPress instance.

    Please let us know if these steps helps in solving your issue. Or you can replicate this on a real server and send us the credentials for further investigations.

    what is the correct permission for the plugins? is it 755?
