    I don’t see anywhere to enter the info to enable the quiz to send me an email on submission. yes, I’ve checked the documentation, the “Email Sent to Admin” section is not there. Is there a setting somewhere else that controls that? Or what do I need to do to get it back? TIA.

    Hi Iain,

    Welcome to QSM Pro support! Hope you are having a great day!

    If you want to receive an email every time a new user submits the quiz, you can do this under the ‘Email’ tab of the QSM settings.

    Firstly, select the ‘Add new Email’ button and enter %USER_EMAIL% in the ‘Sender’ field. This will send the email to the user.
    Again hit ‘Add new Email’ button, and now enter admin’s email in the ‘Sender’ field. This will send same email to your email id.

    Thank you for your time and interest responding Kriti. I’ve done exactly that – no emails arrive. That’s my problem. It is set up to send the ‘second’ email, but it doesn’t. If I deactivate/activate will I lose the current quizzes? Meaning: would that reset the plugin? Cheers.

    Hi Iain,

    If you deactivate the plugin, it won’t reset the plugin and you will not lose any data regarding the plugin. The moment you activate the plugin, you will be able to access the quizzes again.
