    When creating a quiz i have set New fields as contact. But they are not being prompted when attempting the quiz at its beginning
    What do i need to see?

    Hi Feroz,

    Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum. Hope you are having a great day.

    Please set the option “Would you like to ask for the contact information at the beginning or at the end of the quiz?” under Options tab to Beginning.

    Please confirm whether this resolves the issue or not.

    Hi Feroz,

    You have set the option ” a logged-in user takes the quiz, would you like them to be able to edit contact information? If set to no, the fields will not show up for logged in users; however, the users information will be saved for the fields.” To No. That’s why the contact fields were not displaying for the logged in users.

    I hope the issue is resolved now.
