    Migrated WordPress site to new hosting provider. Quizzes still work; however, all of our certificates are missing. None of the certificate settings migrated over.
    Please advise how we can recover this information. We have several certificates and it would be a daunting task to have to recreate each one.

    Hi,

    I request you to please use Export-import addon to import quizzes with their certificate settings also. Make sure, that the new website must have export-import addon, certificate addon and QSM plugin installed before importing the quizzes from the old website.

    To ensure a seamless transition, I kindly request that you utilize the Export-Import addon to import quizzes along with their certificate settings. Prior to importing the quizzes from the old website, suika game is essential to confirm that the new website has the Export-Import addon, certificate addon, and QSM plugin installed. This will guarantee the successful transfer of quizzes and their associated certificate settings.
