    Hi there
    I cannot create new questions anymore. I can see the popup to enter the question type, the question and the answers but I cannot push the “save question” button. I am using WP 5.4; PHP 7.0 and the suite is built on Avada 6.2.2

    Thank you for any help!

    As we are not experiencing this issue at our end so we need the admin credentials of your website to look into this issue. Make sure to set the message as private before sharing the credentials.

    Hi Lukas,

    I logged into your website. You might be having this issue because of plugin or theme conflict. To do this, disable all of the plugins all at once and enable one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

    It may be due to a conflict between WP version 5.4 and Avada plugin or theme. Please check your quiz plugin or update PHP to a newer version. I encountered a similar error when doing a quiz in basket random and fixed it after upgrading the environment.
