It’s possible to add MP3 audio in each question, but it’s not possible in the text tab.
The audio appears as a code, with no effect.

We can use Text tab to add HTML code and it isn’t not possible to add mp3 file using HTML code. That’s why it doesn’t Support mp3 file upload.

If it’s possible to insert HTML code, is it possible to embed MP3 sound with a discreet player?
I can embed Youtube or Soundcloud but the players are very large!
And why does your “add media” function works with png and not for MP3 or video?

I will check this with the development team and get back to you soon.

If you’re facing the same issue, you can embed a youtube player copying and pasting the “embed” code given by youtube.
And then in the text field, your video appears.
BUT when you hit the button “save changes” everything disappears!
The solution is to insert text with your video or a light png media.
And then you can save the “text” tab of your quiz, and the video is shown above your quiz.
BE CAREFUL don’t center your video in the text editor, otherwise, it will disappear.
If you’re a teacher like me and don’t want your students to be disturbed by Youtube’s recommendations at the end of the video, you can use Viewpure which is free up to ten videos, and the recommendations are hidden.
If you feel that the videos are too large, you can reduce the size using the “WP YouTube Lyte” extension.

I have to spend time searching for solutions by myself.
Even if you don’t release a new version of the plugin for this little bug, you could show me the way to manage with the existing version.
For example, I would like to embed a tiny MP3 player in the text tab. It’s possible to embed soundcloud players but these are too large in the free version.
Is it possible to create an iframe like Youtube’s using my MP3 files?

If you don’t want to embed soundcloud players into your questions, then you can simply add mp3 files using add media button.
Using this option, mp3 player will look like as it is in the following link: https://support-qsm.expresstech.dev/quiz/audio-in-questions/
To do this, Upload the mp3 file into the media library of your website and then add it into your questions using Add Media button.

Don’t be sorry. We are always here to help our users.
With reference to the query monitor screenshot.
Please use the following updated copy of Save and Resume addon.
As for the deprecated function ( create_function ), W can see the plugin slug is mlw_advanced_leaderboard, this is the slug of old plugin. The slug for advanced leader board plugin in my staging website is qsm-advanced-leaderboard
So, I request you to update the Adavanced Leaderboard plugin to the latest version.
KritiMay 26, 2020 at 8:49 pm #4255
I already use the 1.0.1 version of the Save and Resume addon.
I’m afraid to do something wrong when replacing it manually by the zip you gave me…perhaps is it a different one although the number is the same?
But I’ve installed the new version of advanced leaderboards, and there are no more warnings from “Query Monitor” and the speed of QSM has increased! Thanks!
Any news about the issue this topic is about?
