Getting a consistent 500 error on the Add-Ons page on your website. I’m trying to purchase an add-on but this error is preventing me and I need to build a new feature on my site today that involves the user results page.

A 500 error on an Add-Ons or checkout page is usually server-related, and it’s especially frustrating when you’re on a deadline. I’ve run into similar issues before, and in most cases it was caused by a plugin conflict, outdated PHP version, or insufficient memory limits on the server. Clearing cache, temporarily disabling other plugins, and checking the server error logs often helps pinpoint the issue quickly. If possible, contacting hosting support can speed things up since they can see what’s failing at the server level. While waiting on a fix, some people look for alternative tools or workarounds, similar to how users explore desktop options like ppcine app pc when a web feature isn’t accessible.
