    Hi! I am trying to implement your Quiz plugin on my site. However, I am noticing several options are not working when I enable them.

    I have it set to one page per question but when I load the quiz, all the questions are on one page.

    I noticed the formatting is atrocious. I cant seem to get the questions spaced apart correctly.

    There is not check box next to the questions. It is just a weird blank spot. The whole quiz feels very unresponsive.

    I enabled a landing page for my quiz and yet, when I go to test it, it just throws me into the quiz.

    I have tried looking up the “Common Theme conflicts” portion of your site, but it seems to be empty and there is ZERO information on the page.

    I have already paid the $129 for this plugin. I want to use it, but unless I can make it work, I will be asking for a refund.

    In the video, you can check that if I set 1 question per page setting, it is properly applying on the quiz. And the formatting is also proper on the quiz.

    Regarding the issue, “check box not next to questions”. Can you please explain it a bit? Because I am not able to understand it. In my quiz, all the Options are properly aligned and working.

    I totally understand your frustration—I had a similar experience when I first installed the plugin. I was excited to use it for custom websites I build for clients, but ran into the same issues: layout problems, missing checkboxes, and the landing page not working at all. I even checked the “Common Theme conflicts” section, and it was just blank. After paying $129, this definitely isn’t what I expected. Hoping they respond quickly or I’ll have to request a refund too.

    Thanks for sharing your experience—I’m running into similar issues myself. It’s frustrating when key features like one-question-per-page and proper formatting don’t work as expected, especially after paying for the plugin. I also noticed the lack of support resources is a real problem. Hopefully the devs respond soon with a fix or at least some clear troubleshooting steps.
