Up till yesterday the plugin was working fine, then I tried to log in to the site and got the following message:
There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
Learn more about debugging in WordPress.
I have disabled all plugins via FTP to get back in to the site, and then by a process of elimination identified the QSM one as the problem.
Wordpress has been updated to 5.4.1
Tried updating the plugin to 6.4.10 (currently installed) and also rolling back to earlier versions – same message received. This was with no other plugins enabled, also have changed theme to Twenty twenty, same issue.
please advise.

I’ve seen you recommending that other people disable the progress bar – I don’t ahve it activated but because the plugin disables access to the dashboard I can’t actually activate it and then get into the settings to change anything anyway.
Currently I’m having to disable all plugins via FTP if I want to make any changes to the website, then enable them all except QSM, do what needs doing, then enable QSM and bang, I’m locked out of the site again. At least the quiz is working on the front end, but this is a really annoying issue. And it doesn’t seme to be any sort of conflict either.
Seems like a lot of people are having issues since the latest update, and rolling back (for me) doesnt; work either, I get the same issues.
Hope you can respond to me / fix the plugin asap. Thanks in advance

Seriously, guys, I spent a lot of time setting this plugin up and paid for extra integrations, hope you can fix it.

I have forwarded your response to the development team. But our development team wasn’t able to reach out to your website. The Error message says “The site can’t be reached”. Please guide us so that we can troubleshoot the issue.

As the quiz isn’t working properly anyway I’ve left the plugin deactivated so you can access the WordPress dashboard. If you then go in and activate the plugin you will see (a) access to the dashboard is disabled with a critical error message and (b) the quiz will appear (big banner on the home page will take you to it) but results not being given. Please contact me at [email protected] if you need further info. My client only launched this site last week so it’s most frustrating that the key point of the whole site is not working – hope you can send me a fix asap.
May 12, 2020 at 2:30 pm #3830Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi Alison,
As we are not able to login into the site – http://www.thrivetherapeuticcoaching.co.uk/wp-admin/ saying – “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
So, can we get FTP details of the site? It seems like two function names are the same right now.
Please create a temporary FTP client for us to debug this issue.
