    Hey support!

    I have correctly fill in the email id in the “email” section located in survey editting page and i did not set put any restriction. However the email system does not seem to be working, it did not send email to my admin after a user has done the survey. I have tried a different email id and got the same result.|
    Pls help me and feel free to ask me anything you need to solve the problem.

    Hi there,

    Welcome to Qsm Support Forum. Hope you are having a great day.

    Qsm uses wordpress email functionality to send the emails. Please check whether your website is sending emails successfully or not. To do this, change the email address under the user profile of yours.

    If your receive the confirmation email on new email address, then your website is successfully sending the emails.

    Check that your email settings (like SMTP) are correctly set up, admin notifications are enabled, and the email isn’t landing in spam. Let me know what platform you’re using for more help block blast adventure

    If your email are not send after a user has finsih the survay due the user will submit it own form and not any other option for submission.

    It sounds like the issue could be related to the email notification settings or the SMTP configuration after the survey submission is completed. I had a similar problem before where users finished the survey, but no confirmation email was being triggered. In my case, checking the automation rules and testing the mail server settings solved it. Also, make sure the email template is active and connected to the correct action after submission.     I ran into something similar recently. Users were completing the survey, but no confirmation email was being sent afterward.     I had something similar happen on a client feedback form. Users completed the survey, saw the thank-you page, but the email never arrived. Turned out the trigger was connected to submission status instead of completion status, so the workflow stopped before the email step.

    Funny enough, we only caught it because someone filling the survey was waiting for a discount code before they planned to buy computer parts later that day.

    Maybe check your automation logs, email queue, and whether the survey completion event is firing correctly.

    Hi, I’m not sure if it’s related, but are users hearing the completion sound or seeing the success message after finishing the survey? If the survey is completing normally but emails aren’t being sent, the issue may be with the notification or SMTP settings rather than the survey itself. I faced a similar situation on an insta audio download project where actions were recorded correctly, but email notifications failed because of a mail server configuration issue.
