    Hello,
    I have installed the plugin Quizzes/Surveys and been using it for 3 quizzes. On my computer, when I finish a quizz, it generates the answers and resend them wherever I want, but many other users tell me that after the last question, when they press “Confirm”, it starts to show a bunch of grey dots and the page freezes like that. This problem happens also on android mobile versions. Also, when it shows the answers, during the selection, it says: websitepr says [Object object].     Could you tell me what exactly is the proble, is it some sort of setting or another thing?

    Hello, I removed the plugin for cookies, but the problem remained, for example on the mozilla and on the desktop and on the phone the plugin gives an error, as well as my phone is xiaomi and my browser also gives me a problem – error with the plugin, please help.

    Hi Pam,

    We have visited customer’s quiz.

    We were able to complete it without any error. The following is a screen-cast of my test.

    It could be a cache issue or browser issue for customer’s users.

    1) Please clear your cache plugin’s cache content.

    2) Please tell your users to use either Chrome or Firefox browser.

    3) Please tell your users to clear browser history before attempting the quiz.

    As for mentioning issue on android mobile version, please use Chrome browser on android. Remember to clear history before attempting quiz.

    I am facing an issue in my questionnaire system (QSM). We have a total of 40 questions, among which there are three sets: 15&15, 17&18, and 19&20. In these three sets, the user is supposed to select 2 answers. However, the problem is that the QSM is counting it as one question. Ideally, I want it to count 15&16 as two separate instances to achieve a total question count of 40, but currently, the total count is only showing 37.

    Ensure that the quizzes or surveys plugin is up-to-date. Plugin updates often include bitlife bug fixes and improvements that can address compatibility issues with the latest version of WordPress or other plugins.

    Double-check the plugin settings to make sure everything is configured correctly. Pay attention to settings related to survey/questionnaire creation, Friday Night Funkin display options, and user permissions.
