ParticipantHi,
I just installed the latest version of the plugin. But it doesn’t work on the frontend. The developer console shows some errors:
TypeError: window.qmn_quiz_data is undefined od-ii:664:339 SyntaxError: expected expression, got '.'
Maybe someone can help.
Regards

KeymasterHi Martin,
Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum. Hope you are having a great day.
As we are not experiencing this issue at our end. I request you to please check for plugin conflict or theme conflict. To do this, disable all of the plugins all at once and enable one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

ParticipantI had the same issue after installing the latest version. Turns out, the script wasn’t loading properly due to a conflict. I cleared the cache, disabled other plugins one by one, and finally found the culprit. After that, it worked fine. Maybe give that a try? Shadow GPT helped me figure it out when I was troubleshooting!

ParticipantIt seems like there might be a setup or logic issue causing the results page to work only for some questions and not others. This often happens when certain triggers or response conditions aren’t properly configured for each question. If fixing this on your own feels overwhelming, you might want to hire someone to do my class who can professionally handle these technical details and ensure everything functions correctly.

ParticipantHi Martin,
I’ve encountered similar issues when setting up quizzes related to horror game Slide in the wood . The error {window.qmn_quiz_data is undefined} usually means the quiz script isn’t fully loaded or there’s a conflict with other plugins or the theme. It’s especially frustrating when you want to create a smooth, immersive experience—like how Slide in the wood relies on seamless scares and atmosphere.
You might want to try disabling other plugins temporarily or checking if your theme affects script loading. Also, clearing caches or re-installing the plugin could help. Hopefully, these steps get your quiz working perfectly on the frontend!
Best of luck,
