    Hi,

    I purchased the Google Sheets Connector Addon and I haven’t been able to get it to work. Here’s what’s happening:

    I configured my Google Access Code and that seems to be working.
    I added a Google Sheet Name and Google Sheet Tab to an existing survey.
    The survey has a pool of 40 questions, and I have it set so that each user gets a random set of 5 questions to answer.
    While the Google Sheet is configured, when a user clicks submit at the end of the survey, the loading circle spins forever – I’ve let it go for 10 minutes and it’s still spinning.
    When I check the Google Sheet, I see that a couple of answers have come through, but that’s it.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi Kriti,

    I’m not really comfortable giving out the admin credentials to my website. Perhaps we could schedule a time for a screen sharing session?

    Hi,

    Please put the following into the end of his .htaccess file and see if it helps.

    php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value max_input_vars 4000

    These are values to tell the web server to increase memory and max_input_vars so that it can process larger amount of data.

    Use the following plugin to check if the values have been increase, after adding the above mention in .htaccess file.

    PHP Info

    If not, you will have to ask web hosting company for help to increase those values.

    Hi,

    I just installed this Addon and I have the same problem, I have already put in htaccess what they have suggested, but it still doesn’t work. Please help.

    Hi, I am trying to get this plugin to work and having the same problem. Some issues below.

    1. The integration is not google verified and there is a security warning. Whe will the app integration be verified. This is important if it is to be used with client data, we need to be sure that the solution is secure?
    2. The plugin installs and the configuration appears to be successful when the license is installed
    3. When completing a quiz, clicking submit results in the spinner continuously displaying and no confirmation that the dta is stored – as it noramlly did prior to enabling google sheets
    4. When opening the google sheet, the questions appear but not the results
    5. I can’t find detailed documentation to explain other configuration options in case I am doing something wrong

    We just released the latest version of the plugin, please update it to the latest version and please let me know whether the issue persists or resolves.

    I have updated to the latest version and it works correctly, I no longer have a problem at the end of the test, it shows the results page and exports the contact data to Google correctly.

    Hi all,

    There is no problem in the plugin now. I am able to use it properly. Please see my screen-cast.

    After updating all plugins, please clear any server cache or cache plugin’s cache content as well as browser history before using the plugin.

    We request you to create a new googlesheet and try it out.

    If you are still stuck at spinning icon, this could mean that is a javascript error on the website.

    In this case, we request you to check for plugin conflict or theme conflict.
