Gordon BParticipantI have questions that are awarded points based on the answer selected from 0 to 10 points. Each question would have a checkbox or radio button for each of the listed possible answers. Only one answer can be selected per question. I would like to score the points based on the selection made.
Is this possible in your plugin?

Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi Gordon,
Please use Multiple response question type for this requirement and the assign points to each answer if you want the users to make multiple selections.

irene ssavageParticipantI agree with this topic, you can assign points based on the selected answers using the Multiple Answer question type. Besides I am really looking forward to to experience the challenges.

Peggy CantrellParticipantThis sounds like a great project! For scoring, consider using a JavaScript object mapping answer values to point values. This lets you easily retrieve points based on the selected input. Also, think about how you’ll handle partially correct answers. Maybe add a hint system, like in Poptropica, where hints cost points! Great idea overall!

jh f sdfsParticipantTo create a scoring system where users select one answer per question and earn 0 to 10 points, you can use radio buttons for each option. This setup is ideal for quizzes or surveys related to topics like 2000w electric scooter, where each response can reflect different levels of knowledge or preference.

Vincent GilliamParticipantYes, it’s definitely possible. You can set up each answer option with a specific point value, and when the user selects one, the plugin can sum the points for all questions and give the total score at the end. Just make sure to configure your fields as single-choice (radio buttons) for each question.

Barbara CarterParticipantFascinating approach to scoring, it sounds like you’re building a flexible quiz! Using checkboxes or radio buttons is smart for single-selection questions. Perhaps a conditional statement linked to each option’s value would work well. Assign point values within that statement and accumulate a total score after each question is answered. Remember, papa’s games benefit from clear, concise logic!

John RobertParticipantUsing multiple-answer questions can be a more accurate way to score, as it allows for more specific results. I’d like to try this approach in PojavLauncher for Minecraft Java Edition, as it might help ease the pressure.
