I want to use a different URL for the results page. How come the TEMPLATE VARIABLES do not work on my custom results page url? Yes the URL is part of the same site.

    Hi Robert,

Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum.

I am sorry but template variables don’t work on custom results page even if the page is of the same site.

And I just checked, there is no problem in parsing special characters to the email. You can provide us the admin credentials of your website so that I can look into the issue.

    Kind regards,
    Kriti
