I checked the quizz’s settings and I noticed following things on the website:
1. When we enable the landing page for our quiz, it does not inherits the designing and header/footer of the website. And this is what exactly happening on the website. A landing page becomes a separate page on the website when we enable this setting. Please refer to the following documentation: https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/add-ons/landing-page/
2. We cannot add a Date field in our surveys right now.
3. When I tried to submit the survey, there was no error regarding invalid recaptcha. Also Recaptcha was enabled on your website under recaptcha settings.
4. And horizontal response fields were working pretty fine on the survey. Can you please explain what logic were you trying to implement and it wasn’t getting implemented.Regards,

Please see attached, I am seeing landing page even I disable it.
I am unable to submit the survey even I fill all the Required Fields. Check once, It says all fields are required, where I have filled all the fields.
We have a logic to show one field if “Area of discomfort/pain:” (horizontal response field) is choosen as Other , Which is not working. Please check the site once.

The screenshot you attached with your response is not a landing page. As I have already said earlier, a landing page does not inherit the styling of the website. A landing page is in itself is a standalone page. A landing page has no header/footer/menu, which is what exactly happens when you enable the landing page option. A landing page will just have the quiz when you enable it.
You are unable the submit the survey because you have made all the fields as required. And some of the fields do not even appear to the user because of the logic applied to them. And those fields are submitted as blank, that’s why you are unable to submit survey and hence it shows the message, “All fields are required”.
For e.g. When you select ‘Discomfort/Pain’ from the field “Reason of Evaluation”, only then “Area of Discomfort” field appears to the user. In all the other cases, it does not even appear to the users and submitted as blank. That’s why even when you fill all the fields on the quiz appearing to you, it shows the message “All fields are required”. Because the remaining fields are not even appearing to the users and those fields are submitted as blank.Next, “Area of discomfort/pain:” field is working well with ‘dropdown’ question type because a horizontal response type can take many responses at once and it also checks for another response while applying the logic. I suggest please select ‘dropdown’ question type for this field.
Hope you found the cause of your issues. Feel free to reach out us when required.

2. unable the submit the survey – We need those fields to be required when they are displayed not required even though they are not shown.
3. One more thing is the logic is not applying correctly, that is, For example, I have a dropdown field called Homeworking location I want some of the new fields to be shown if any of the options called Sofa or Bed or Other. To Achieve this as you don’t have or condition in the rules I have created 3 logics for each one. But when we test it only one of the logic is working. Do you have anything to Use or condition?

November 18, 2019 at 4:03 pm #1216Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi,
1. Sorry but right now, QSM does not support multi selction dropdown.
2. The only way, form can be submitted if you make the disappearing fields not required. “We need those fields to be required when they are displayed not required even though they are not shown” – This logic cannot be applied because on one hand you are making them required and on the other hand they are being submitted as blank, if they does not appear to the user.
3. I need some time to rectify the cause of logic not being applied. I will be back after some time.
4. You can add images/attachments into the question by using ‘ADD Media’ button above typing area, when you type the question.Regards,
KritiNovember 20, 2019 at 4:55 am #1234[email protected]ParticipantHi Kriti,
What I mean by this “You can add images/attachments into the question by using ‘ADD Media’ button above typing area, when you type the question.” is allowing a client who is taking the survey to Upload files not adding static files form our end.
November 20, 2019 at 5:11 am #1236[email protected]ParticipantHi Kriti,
I have made all the fields except first page as non required still nto able to submit them
November 20, 2019 at 6:32 am #1237Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi Georgina,
The client cannot upload files to the survey, this functionality is not available in the plugin right now. And I suggest please remove ‘required’ restriction from all the fields and then check whether the form is getting submitted or not. The form should submit after that, and then please only make important fields as ‘required’.

What would be the estimated date to get the feature to add Attachments and images in the survey?
November 21, 2019 at 7:38 am #1243Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi,
I can’t tell you the estimated time to implement this feature. I will have to forward this feature request to our development team and then let’s see how much time they will need to implement this.
Regards,
Kriti -
