    Hi Kirti,

    I am using QSM to conduct online exam for architecture students I have quiz in which I take student info at beginning and once he clicks on next all of a sudden error msg appears “Please fill all required fields”, technically this should not happen

    Also timer isn’t showing on this quiz as I have mentioned 135 min in option settings.

    For your reference attaching screenshots please help me out. This is bit urgent.

    Hi Zen,

    Sorry to say this but I didn’t experience the problem you mentioned above. I tested the website on my Tablet and on my desktop using Google Chrome. Please check the following video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BpZY8clnq-suRqMLA65ITJ3xb63n28r4/view?usp=drivesdk

    So, my suggestion would be to check for plugin and theme conflict on your website to troubleshoot the issue. To do this, disable all of the plugins at once and enable one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

    Please let us know after doing the above steps, we will then look into the code on your website.

    Hi Kirti,

    I have checked with Theme and Plugins, nothing changed even after deactivating all plugins and using basic theme of wordpress.

    Please go through it. Timer is coming now but required errors still are there. Unfortunately i did required no to all my questions to get rid of it.

    Please help me out.

    I am sorry dear, but as I have already shown you in the video I am not seeing any errors on my browser. So I request you to please record a video so that I can pass it to the development team.

    But before making the video, I would suggest you to please clear the browser cache.

    I’m having the same issue with QSM where after filling student info and clicking next, it pops up “Please fill all required fields” even though everything’s complete. Plus, the 135-minute timer isn’t showing as set. It’s frustrating—kind of like waiting for a hair transplant Turkey procedure to show results but hitting unexpected delays. Hope this gets fixed soon!
