    I’m contacting you about your plugin. Indeed, we had been using it for 2 years without any problem. However, recently, votes have no longer been taken into consideration. Indeed, we no longer see the results selected by visitors.

    Ok. From when have you started experiencing this problem? Did this happen after some new update of theme/plugin or installation/removal of any other plugin?

    I mean did you make any edits or updates on the website? Also where do you see the recorded votes of the users in the WordPress admin panel?
