    hi, I’ve purchased the addons at april 9, paid via paypal. Now I want to download something i purchased. but there is status FAILED. so at the moment I don’t have money and the goods too.

    Hi,

    We have resent you the purchase receipt. Once you input the purchase code in your admin panel, then the license will show active.
