    The plugin installed successfully on my WordPress blog but unable to create the survey. It is showing an error. The error message is –

    Error! There has been an error in this action. Please share this with the developer. Error Code: 0001…

    I need to talk to the development team regarding this issue. It would be helpful if you can share the website’s admin credentials with us. Make sure to set the message as private before sharing the credentials.
