    Hi,
    We’ve started having people take our quiz but I still see nothing on the statistic page. What should be there?

    Hi,

    So, you get no results from the users taking the quiz or the contact info is empty of the users? As we are facing no such issue on our end, we request you to please share your website’s admin credentials.

    Please make the message as private and take a backup of your website before sharing the credentials.

    Hi David,

    The user’s results are already being recorded in the plugin’s database. You can see the daily recorded results under ‘Results’ tab. And, yes the statistics page is empty but if it is important for you then I can forward your issue to the development team.

    Yes, I can see the results so I know they’re being stored. I guess I’d like to know just what kind of statistics are supposed to be displayed. And if they’re not being displayed but they are supposed to be, then yes, I suppose letting the development team know would be good. Should I leave the user id in place for the developers?

    On the statistics page, you can see how many users have taken the quiz on daily/weekly/monthly basis. But you can notice it under Results page.
