I’m have two overall issues.
A. I admit that CSS has never been my strong suit. That said, I am trying to accomplish the following without success:
1. In creating a series of horizontal multiple choice, I would like to have the answer options indented from the left (as with a hanging top line, answer to response options).
2. Regarding the “contact” section: the options have no spacing and no way to provide any spacing that I can find. And, the “submit” button is directly below those, again with no spacing and no other style options. My form looks nice for the most part, until you reach this section and it looks quite bad from that point on.
B. I need users to be able to provide only a single response to the multiple horizontal question item, but no matter the number used I seem to be able to select all the items (at least in preview).
I have had such high hopes about this plugin, my need is small but nothing has fit it until now. I am clearly very concerned now looking at these posts over the last 2 days and hope whatever problem is occurring will be fixed soon. I would appreciate any help anyone can offer!

Welcome to QSM Pro Support forum. Hope you are having a great day.
A. Please share the URL of the quiz with me so that I can give you the exact CSS.
B. Please use MCQ question type if you want your users to select only 1 option.

McBeeParticipantThis is a screen capture of the spacing problem for the “contact” portion on the quiz/survey. If there is a CSS to work for it, I can’t locate it. This spacing and formatting is just so unattractive. I need the submit button further down and the “contact” items with space between them.
Also, the text at the bottom – I don’t know if that shows up on the final product, I hope not…?
Thanks so much, great product!!!!!!

You have said above that you found the set of classes and you will work from there.
Do you need any help from my side. If yes, feel free to ask any question. If no, can I then close this ticket?

McBeeParticipantI was able to pull the class names from the source code (thankfully while I am no expert in CSS, I wrote html in notepad in 1994 so I at least knew where to look). It would be helpful to have a list of those somewhere, but I know it would be quite long. Thank you for your help. I did apply for the group in Facebook but it showed pending, once I am allowed in there it will likely go faster I know. And I very much appreciate your assistance and patience with everyone!

I am very grateful for your appreciation. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any other query.

This will help you identify the specific elements you need to target with CSS. Each level of house of hazards makes me excited because of the creativity and surprise it brings.

For example, a smiley face could be combined with a cowboy hat, or a heart could be blended with a star, resulting in an entirely new and often humorous expression.
