    I was actually checking out the McDonald’s menu prices in the Philippines for a project and ran into a similar issue on my website. After the last quiz question, users are supposed to fill in their contact info to get their results, but that form now appears on the same page instead of a new one. I’d really appreciate any tips on how to move that form back to a separate page — I’ve even attached a screenshot of the problem.
