As we aren’t experiencing this issue at our end so I request you to please share the website’s admin credentials with us so we can look into the issue.
Make sure to set the message as private before sharing the credentials.
I just checked the test quiz you mentioned above and all the questions were loading properly. I was also able to submit the quiz successfully. I am attaching the screenshot with my response.
I request you to please clear the browser cache before loading the quiz.
