    This behavior with questions disappearing or being overwritten sounds really frustrating — definitely something that needs clearer handling in QSM.
    Better version control or confirmation before edits would help prevent unexpected data loss.

    Unlike professional 3D software, Paint 3D’s UWP sandbox architecture made it lightweight and stable for simple tasks but impossible to scale.
