    Hi team QSM!
    I have some issues with Google Sheets plugin.
    Since I’ve enabled it:
    1) I do not see my quiz results in wordpress
    2) Result page that should show after quiz completion does not show up.

    In google sheet document that I’ve linked to my quiz I do not get any results – just first row has entries after question

    Hi there,

    Welcome to QSM Pro Support forum. Hope you are doing well.

    We have already recorded this bug on our system. Our developers are trying to get it fixed soon.

    Hey @Kriti!
    We would need that plugin right now as we will start collecting data tomorrow.

    Can you at least give us free CSV export plugin then in exchange as we paid for something that is not working as it should.

    Hey @Kriti!
    As you’ve seen in some other posts, 1.0.1 plugin is still not working. It is still shows loading sign when quiz is complete.

    Can you give us access for .csv add on until you fix this?

    Hi all,

    There is no problem in the plugin now. I am able to use it properly. Please see my screen-cast.

    After updating all plugins, please clear any server cache or cache plugin’s cache content as well as browser history before using the plugin.

    We request you to create a new googlesheet and try it out.

    If you are still stuck at spinning icon, this could mean that is a javascript error on the website.

    In this case, we request you to check for plugin conflict or theme conflict.
