    I just bought the premium bundle today and installed all the addons I want to use.

    I’m experiencing exactly the same issue as this with the “QSM – Flashcards” addon only. I click update, I’m told it’s updated, I refresh and I’m still prompted to update “QSM – Flashcards” yet again.

    I don’t experience this issue with any of the other QSM addons. Can you create a permanent fix, please? Perhaps a new version which addresses this issue?

    Hi Fosan,

    Did you pasted the correct license key for this addon?

    If yes, I will have to talk to the development team regarding this issue. Please confirm.

    Hi Kriti,

    Time to come back to this ticket now that my class have taken their exam and the more urgent “Fill in the Blank” ticket has been resolved.

    I’m scared to update QSM to version 6.4.11 because I see there have been issues with some previous updates (e.g. https://support.quizandsurveymaster.com/support/topic/qsm-stopped-working-after-recent-update-5-4-1/).

    (1) Is it safe to update 6.4.11 now?
    (2) Was the Flashcards Update issue resolved with the latest update?

    Hi there,

    I’ve found a topic created on December 12, 2019 at 12:26 am, about a flashcards update issue 😉
    The “Flashcards” addon is a little gadget in QSM, I won’t spend time creating content in this, you can’t even have your cards displayed randomly, it’s very difficult to insert sounds, you must access the Flashcards sets with a shortcode, no link possible to display them as you can do with normal quizzes…no interest. For now.
    Have a look at Br…cape, you’ll know what Flashcards are about. But there are some problems of copyright concerning Br…cape, your content is not really private unless both you AND your students pay for it. Let’s wait for a real upgrade of this QSM addon?

    I don’t plan to use these flashcards because they appear to have too many issues. I use H5P and that plugin has flashcards which I think I’ll use instead.

    My issue is that QSM Flashcards keeps prompting for an update even though it’s already updated to the latest version. The OCD in me doesn’t like that no many how many times I click update, QSM Flashcards keeps prompting me for an update to the version it’s already updated to.
