    Hi I have recently purhased the premium addons and installed on a new site.
    The flashcards addon, at V1.1.0 is installed. A message in the plugins menu shows an update is available, but the new version is the same version ie 1.1.0. See screen shot.

    Initially, it said that auto updates are unavailable. Then today it shows the “update now” option. I click that and the update completes ok.

    But now when I refresh the page it reverts back to the screenshot saying that an update is available. I activated the plugin and entered the license key and all the other plugins are up to date.

    Is this a fault with the plugin – or can I ignore it?

    Hi Tim,

    Please make sure that the license of flashcards add-on is up to date. If you are sure that you have entered the correct license key then please give us the admin credentials of your website so that we can look into the issue.

    Make sure to set the message as private before sharing the credentials.

    Hi Tim,

    Update plugin data is stored in WordPress transient. There could be some error in it.

    Please install the following plugin.

    Transients Manager

    After activation, Go to Tools > Transients and find the update_plugins transient and delete it.

    If you are using any cache plugin or server cache, please delete the cache content.

    Hi Kriti, I installed the plugin, deleted the transient.
    I don’t have any caching plugin installed.

    I re entered the license key for the flashcards then proceeded to click update. I got an error – see image attached.

    Hi Tim,

    They just updated the license key in the add-on settings.

    Hi Kriti, yes I can now see that there is a new license key entered which matches my premium license key.
