After moving QSM to another server, Quiz result printing stopped working.
After successful certificate generate, when I try to download cert I get File Not found 404 warning.
I also changed the MySQL database format charste or collation from utf8mb4 to utf8.
I am also getting this error message: fopen write permission from file VineTestSummary.php
fopen(results.csv): failed to open stream: Permission denied in TestSummary.php on line 142
Some code inside the file$out = fopen(“results.csv”, “w”);

KritiMay 12, 2020 at 1:28 pm #3820[email protected]ParticipantIs this a secure channel to exchange server or wordpress credentials?
Why is the QSM certificate being generated with percentage signs “%” see example below:
/inservice/wp-content/plugins/qsm-certificate-1.0.0/certificates/17-52-01%253A19%253A52%2BPM%2B05%252F06%252F2020-0-90.pdf
The above pdf file exists in the directory as this:
/inservice/wp-content/plugins/qsm-certificate-1.0.0/certificates/17-52-01%3A19%3A52+PM+05%2F06%2F2020-0-90.pdf
How can I change the QSM-Certifcate program or php to avoid the use of special characters, such as % or +?May 12, 2020 at 2:32 pm #3832Kriti SharmaKeymasterIf you set the message as private then only you and I can see the WordPress credentials. And no other user can see this.

KritiMay 12, 2020 at 3:43 pm #3840[email protected]ParticipantThanks for getting back to me.Please can you explain to me how to change the certificate generation so that the generated certificate pdf file name and the name on the browser when I click download will be thesame.Here is what I get on the browser when I click download: https://vinehomecare.com/inservice/wp-content/plugins/qsm-certificate-1.0.0/certificates//17-52-01%253A19%253A52%2BPM%2B05%252F06%252F2020-0-90.pdfHere is the actual file name in the server folder: 17-52-01%3A19%3A52+PM+05%2F06%2F2020-0-90.pdf
I am currently getting 404 error, File Not Found from the browser when the file exists.The problem is transposition of special characters before display on the browser. How or where can I control the filename generation? Thanks!May 13, 2020 at 11:04 am #3859Alexander BonacciParticipantI do have the same issue. I managed to change the filename generation in the code. KritiMay 14, 2020 at 9:20 pm #3924Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi,
We have no problem downloading certificate.
Here is my quiz
Here is a sample certificate.
Please disable any option that stops image or file hotlinking from your web hosting control panel.
Remove any code in .htaccess file that prevents image or file hotlinking.
