When I try to add URL to logo or background the certificate addon / FPDF stops working. When I add a link to the pictures the certificate will no longer generate, it doesnt even show the link to the certificate.
I had this ticket open with you before your move to the new helpdesk and your support had already logged on my site to verify the problem.
Answer was “I was able to reproduce the issue as well, I’ve sent it to our dev to troubleshoot and resolve for you. I’ll get back to you as soon as I have an update.”
But during that time the move to this new platform happened and my ticket was lost.
Since then I’ve tried to troubleshoot this myself without success.
I’ve tried all different image formats and also tried adding the image directly to generate-certificate.php but encounter the same problem.
The addon / FPDF does not seem to generate any error logs, or am I looking in the wrong directories?
