    Hi,
    I purchased the starter bundle yesterday, mainly to be able to do surveys. I looked at the logic because I wanted that, but after buying and installing, I found that it’s too limited for what I need. It doesn’t let me ask followup questions within the main question. sub questions, if you will. I need to get a refund because I’m going to have to buy a different plugin that does have those options. I checked the bottom of the pricing page and it says: We do not offer a free trial for any of our premium features but we do have a 30-day money back guarantee.

    Also, I have to say that I wasn’t happy with having to install a bunch of different plugins – one for each addon. I try to keep the number of plugins to a minimum on my site so this was way overkill. Nothing on your site indicates that the starter bundle isn’t just one plugin with different things enabled, but is instead a bunch of individual plugins. I suggest maybe making that clearer?

    I also don’t like my name being plastered on a forum like this. I thought it would use the username. If you aren’t going to do tickets, please find a way for people to maintain privacy.

    I’m sorry, I had to buy another product to be able to set up my survey the way I needed to, So I don’t really have a way to help with extra features. I just need to get the refund processed.
