1. What would the code be to only see the questions that they answered on the result page, not all questions?
If %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% – Shows the question, the answer the user provided, and the correct answer – I want %OUESTIONS_ANSWERED% or something like that.
2. I have 90 questions separated into 6 pages. Can I title each page differently? People may skip one topic and answer another.
3. Is there a way to have a page with conditional logic so that they can select which pages they want to go to?
Thank you for your assistance. BTW The free addon code never worked.

QSM does not provide these functionalities at the moment. But, if you like I can pass these as feature-requests to our development team and they will try to implement these in the next version update.

Showing only answered questions, assigning different titles per page, or using conditional logic to let users choose which pages to visit would all require custom development or hooks. The best option is still to submit these as feature requests or look into custom code/plugins if the project really depends on this functionality. Clear documentation or examples from the dev team would definitely help users with more advanced quiz flows.
