    Hello Robin,

    Please share the error message displaying on your site. It won’t show until WP DEBUG mode enabled, or use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/error-log-monitor/.

    To remove the older one, FTP your site and remove plugin’s folder name you renamed.

    Hello there,

    The error message is referring to is_404 conditional tag, which doesn’t present in the QSM plugin’s main code. Probably one of your active plugin or current theme causing this. Try temporarily disable all other plugins at once and run your test. If it doesn’t help, try temporarily switching to one of default WordPress themes like Twenty Nineteen.
