    Hi, I am noticing an error when the survey is submitted. It does record the answers, but on the user’s end, there is a spinning “loading” icon that never goes away. This give the impression that the survey was never submitted. I haven’t made a survey in a few years, but I do remember getting a “survey has been submitted” type of message in the past. I’ve attached a screenshot of what the user is seeing after submitting the survey.

    Can you please share the URL of the survey with us? However, such type of activity happens when the website is heavy and it tries to fulfil multiple requests at a time. Please make sure that you haven’t installed multiple irrelevant plugins or uploaded various media files on your website.

    This error can easily confuse users because they think the survey has not been sent. Please check the notification configuration after sending or the JavaScript code that processes the form submission. It may be fixed with just a little geometry dash spam adjustment.
